Seasoned Almonds

Try this quick, healthy snack for yourself or guests:

Spread whole, raw, California almonds on a cookie sheet with sides and lined with tin foil. Depending on the amount of nuts, drizzle with olive oil, stirring to coat. In a small bowl, blend to taste, sea salt, garlic powder or minced fresh garlic, chili powder, and finely chopped fresh rosemary. Sprinkle over the almonds, tossing to distribute the seasoning.

Bake at 400° for 15-20 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
