Well, the 2019 harvest really delivered this fall for the The French Olive Ranch! The trees produced heavily and the gallons per tonnage is a welcome change from the harvest of 2018. The oil has a soft peppery finish to its smooth, fresh & fruity flavor, fitting perfectly into our flavor profile. Be the first to try some!

The 2019 vintage is ready for sale and, as you consider your choices, we do ship the one-gallon jugs. They are the best value for your dollar and bring you EVOO goodness in bulk. 

For a limited time, we have available from Bozzano Olive Ranch, Granny Smith Apple and Peach flavored vinegars, along with our regular flavors.  These new flavors differ, not only in taste and texture from our other balsamics, but are made from white balsamic vinegar bases. So a lighter choice for spring/summer dishes.  We also now have available in the shop our flavored olive oils in Fresh Garlic, Meyer Lemon and Basil. Check them out in the TFO Shop.

In our Recipe Section, you will find two new recipes that use our olive oil.  One is for a Sunday Brunch, Ricotta Lemon Muffins.  These muffins have had rave reviews from our tasting customers.  The other new one is a “comfort food” soup, which is very nice on the cold evenings we are still experiencing, Chickpea Soup with Chile-Garlic Oil.
